2009 Junior Banquet : Nearly 100 people helped bring the 2008/2009 ski season to a close at the year end Junior Banquet held April 21 at Tinucci's Restaurant. Everyone had a great time - the food was great and it was so fun to see all the kids without their ski/winter attire on - almost didn't recognize some! We were treated to a special song by the Myhra/Jacobson children - The famous Ski Song!!! Way to go!!! "For it's underneath the takeoff on every Sunday morn - there comes a bunch of jolly skiers to jump and show their form......" You know how it goes. We even had in attendance - former ski jumper and local weatherman - Sven Sundgaard. Did anyone ask him to call up lots of snow for next winter season? Thank you to everyone for making this year so WONDERFUL! We couldn't have done it without all the skiers, parents and volunteers!!! KUDOS!! Take care everyone and see you at the jumps!

2008 SPSC Skier Recipients of Central Division Ski Awards : Each year the Central Division of the United States Ski & Snowboard Association presents Central Division Skiers with special awards. These honors are voted on by the Central Division Committee members and Central Division Club delegates during the Spring Panel Meeting. In 2008, the St Paul Ski Club was fortunate enough to have had four skiers that were presented with these distinquished awards. Congratulations to our skiers on such a fantastic year!!!!
